Barbara Lee
Chairman

Over twenty five years ago Barbara joined the Board of Trustees, initially as a board member, but later was asked to become Chairman of the Board. Her career has been in real estate, but her passion lies with Westmeath. It was because of a family trust that she became involved. Barbara has seen Westmeath evolve from a small residential home to a superior 3 tier nursing home. She has been committed to help making Westmeath Bermuda’s best for seniors.

Christopher Coelho
Treasurer

Chris joined the Westmeath Board of Trustees in 2013. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and is currently a self-employed Financial and Accounting Consultant. Chris was Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer of Ascendant Group Limited and prior to that was Deputy Global Treasurer of XL Capital Ltd. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Bermuda Diabetes Association, the Board of Governors of Mount Saint Agnes Academy, and the Bermuda Government’s Audit Committee and Legal Aid Committee.

Labor Relations

Graham is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario ( www.uwo.ca ), London, Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (1977) having received has primary & secondary schooling at Warwick Academy, Warwick, Bermuda ( www.warwickacad.bm ). Graham is a Certified Tourism Ambassador and volunteered for over 100 hours during the 2017 35th Americas Cup at Dockyard, Bermuda. Graham is a former Vice President of the Bermuda Bicycling Association and was an active member of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce Retail Sales Committee including being Chairman for 2 years. He joined Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty (www.bermudarealty.com www.bermudacommercial.com  ) in November, 2000 as a Commercial Representative, having passed his Bermuda Real Estate exam in October 1999. While Graham has been involved in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate over the past 19 years, his main focus has been in the office leasing/sales market where he has specialized in Landlord representation.

Sharika Tucci
Executive Member

Sharika Tucci has served as a trustee for Westmeath Residential & Nursing Care Home since 2012 and is a member of the Executive Committee.   Professionally, Mrs. Tucci is the managing director, lead property manager and broker at Masterkey Management Ltd., a real estate and property management firm she founded in 2012. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Actuarial Science (including statistics, risk management, finance and economics), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Valuation and multiple property management designations.  Mrs. Tucci also holds a Bermuda real estate broker’s license, is a member of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Division and a member of the Land Valuation Appeal Tribunal.In addition to serving the community through her relationship with Westmeath, Mrs. Tucci is a youth group leader, Sunday School teacher and a board member of the Foster Parents Association Charity #620.  Mrs. Tucci is married and is the mother of two daughters.

Lesley Marshall

Lesley moved to Bermuda in 1952 and attended BHS.  After spending one year overseas in the U.K, she returned to Bermuda and started working for P.M.L Limited.  In 1981 she married Charles Marshall.  They have one son, Ryan, born in 1982 and one grandson, Lucas, born in 2014. Lesley joined the Board of Westmeath in 2014 when a family member required full-time care. She joined the Board to contribute to the continued success of the home.

Esther Young
General Member

Having moved back to Bermuda with her family in 2000, after having lived abroad for a number of years, Esther gained a license as a Real Estate Agent. With a diverse background in HR and Marketing, Esther decided that the flexibility of working in the Real Estate Industry would be useful with a large family of four children.  She has extensive knowledge and experience in both sales, rentals and property management, Esther then moved into Corporate Services, working at Codan as a Corporate Administrator and Company Secretary, all the while retaining a license and working in Real Estate on a part-time basis. Currently, Esther is working as a Project Consultant in Trust Services with Conyers. Her hobbies are family, cooking, horse-riding and gardening.

JohnArcher

John Archer
General Member

John Archer was educated at Camosun College in Victoria, BC and participated in a facilities management program (BOMI) at the Bermuda College.  He is the Manufacturing Manager at SAL Ltd where he runs all phases of two concrete batch plants and one block plant, all of which supply many Bermuda’s building projects .John has 30+ years in the construction industry; 20 of which have been in Bermuda. He has managed many large-scale projects in the role of site superintendent at various sites including the National Sports Centre and the aquatic centre which was completed in 2013. While he was Construction Manager for Kaissa Ltd. he also managed the construction of the new Tynes Bay incinerator, the West Hamilton building, the Bermuda Health and Cancer centre’s new radiology wing and worked with Aecon at the new airport. John has also been involved in several charitable ventures and has volunteered his time training students in carpentry as well as assisting at Westgate Correctional Facility to train inmates as part of the CORE program. He has been on the board of Westmeath for one year and looks forward to assisting with the maintenance of this facility. He is married to realtor Brittany and is father to Jack, Aicia and Tyler.

Tawanna Wedderburn
General Member

Tawanna Wedderburn has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare, having worked in hospitals in Canada and Bermuda before leading the island’s health regulator for several years to improve the quality of care in Bermuda.  She completed graduate studies at the University of Toronto, post–graduate studies at the University of Guelph and has received certificates related to health systems and public sector management from the World Bank and Harvard University’s School of Public Health.  She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
